If you believe that people are key to build high performance teams, and curious to know more about how to release our full human potential, you should invest time and come to this Brown Bag Lunch.

Tor Eneroth will give you the basic understanding and some tools for how to visualize the intangible human dynamics at play in a team (their culture) and the key components for how to grow successful team cultures. You will get tips on how to work with both yourself and the team you lead or are part of.

Tor will specifically talk about what he believes you need to think of in small, agile, fast moving, innovative and entrepreneurial teams.

Tor Eneroth is Director of Cultural Transformation at Barrett Valus Centre (BVC). He believes that organisations work better when leaders are focused on building conscious, values‐driven cultures for the benefit of their people and all society. He has more than 25 years of experience in growing cultures in organisations around the whole world.
